A beautiful Pakastani bride. Everything from her jewelry to her make up is stunning! Next week I will be discussing weddings in different cultures.
Little flat stones for your bridesmaids to stand on during the ceremony. (So their heels don’t sink into the ground!)
I love the idea of the ring bearer holding a sign, because he really doesn’t bring the ring with him, the best man does.

I really love the idea of throwing feathers instead of rose petals at the wedding after the couple marries. Throw a feather, make it last forever.

Funny Idea: Place old pictures of the bride and groom on the door of the bathrooms. It’ll give the guests something to laugh about.

I am in absolute love with your blog! I'm only nineteen years old, but when I do get married I've got so many ideas because of your blog! I even have a file on my computer that I just save pictures from here onto. Thanks for posting and stay beautiful!

My best friend recently got engaged to a combat medic for the US Army. When she told me, she also asked me to be her maid of honor and help her plan her wedding. I think I have a basic idea of the amount of planning that will need to go into this relatively low-key wedding. However, I would very much appreciate any advice you have for me.

Hi there!
Well, congratulations on becoming a maid of honor. She thought of you, which makes you special! Hang in there, cause it will get a little frustrating. You might be the person she takes out her frustrations, but you would probably be the same too! Make sure you balance her out and keep her grounded. Here are a couple of duties as a MOH that you will/should be helping with. She will look at your for support, advice, and make sure you are honest! You don’t want her to feel like you made a fool of her.
You will be expected to go to the fittings, help the bride pick out her gown, help with invites, picking out flowers, and decorations, fixing her train and veil for her before she walks down the aisle, hold her bouquet for her, etc.
She might look for you to help co-host the rehearsal dinner. You will also be coordinating her bridal shower/bachelorette party/lingerie party. Some of it will be stressful, but it will definitely pay off in the end!
Keep Calm!
xoxo
